Booking Terms & Conditions

For Mediumship and Psychic Readings, either in person or online

By purchasing a reading, you agree that you are in good mental health and understand the fee is non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
If a connection is unable to be made within 10 minutes, the consultation will end and refund issued. If you take your reading and stay beyond the first 15 minutes this will be taken as an indication that you are satisfied with your consultation and the fee will be payable and non refundable.
All apointments will be confirmed 24 hours in advance by automatic email. It is up to you to check your email or to make sure that you are aware of the date and time of your appointment.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have supplied the correct contact details so that they will receive their reminder/confirmation email.
Missed appointments are non-refundable.
A deposit must be paid in order to make a booking, this deposit is non refundable.
Bookings secured by deposit may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the reading for a refund of payment, less deposit.
Deposits are non refundable.
Appointments must be paid for in full before the reading otherwise your appointment will be cancelled without notice and the time reallocated. – After booking you will be sent an invoice for the balance due along with a link to pay. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 3 days before the reading.
Punctuality is essential for readings. If you are late for an appointment the reading will go ahead but the time may need to be reduced due to time constraints. There will be no reduction in charge in this instance.
In the case of missed appointments, no shows or late cancellations payments will not be refunded.
A valid email and telephone number MUST be provided on booking, otherwise your appointment may be cancelled without notice. There will be rare occasions where a family emergency or some such situation will occur and Sandie may need to reschedule your appointment at short notice. It is up to you the customer to ensure that you have supplied the correct contact details.
For online appointments the customer must ensure that they have access to the internet and the Zoom Cloud Meetings App the app is available free from your App Storeor Google Play Store), Sandie will be unable to provide technical support. If the reading is delayed because your hardware/software is not set up correctly then your reading time will be reduced and no reduction in fee will be given in this instance.
Telephone costs will be paid for by the customer, Sandie will not place calls.
Zoom readings can also be recorded and will be uploaded to Sandie’s iCloud for you to download and keep. The link will be emailed to you and the reading will be left up for one week and then deleted. No technical support can be provided on accessing iCloud or downloading files.
In person readings will be recorded. Readings will be recorded onto CD and given to you to take home with you.
Telephone readings cannot be recorded.
The medium takes no responsibility for the quality of the sitting recording. There are rare instances when sittings do not record despite the machinery working normally, or the machinery may fail. No refunds will be given as a result of machinery failure.
All readings are for the personal use of the customer. Readings may not be reproduced, published or broadcast, on social media or otherwise, without the express written permission of Sandie.
Readings may not be recorded on a mobile phone or any other recording device without first asking for permission from Sandie. If permission is given it is given only to record for private use. The recording may not by reproduced, published or broadcast on social media or otherwise without the express written permission of Sandie.
Readings/Messages are intended for entertainment purposes only.
All readings are experimental and as such no specific results can be guaranteed. The purpose of the reading is to provide evidence that death is not the end to life, but only a change, and that everyone will survive this event. The medium cannot promise to speak to a specific person, they will not predict the future and they will not tell you how to live your life; the purpose is to provide evidence of survival. Any advice given by the spirit world should be carefully considered and not just acted upon.
Any monies given are for time spent only, and do not guarantee a specific outcome.
